Ahh, this year is off to a great start! I think this will be the best year of my life so far. I've already got so many different artistic endeavors planned out, in the near and distant future. Here are some samples of what's going to be going on in my life this year: (in no particular order)
As you see, this year will be very busy, and very exciting! I'm looking forward to everything, and every good opportunity God has in store for me that I don't yet know about. I know She's going to send lots of blessings and opportunities, and I say thanks for that, and of course, thanks for each and every blessing I already have. I'm very, very lucky, and will do my part to spread love, joy, and art, and make this world a better place.
- For starters, this weekend Mum is going to help me test out my new photography background for stock. I'm really looking forward to that. I'm just going to do a short shoot to test it out, but I'm sure it will be nice. :)
- I have a bunch of different, VERY complex photoshoots and art concepts that I'm planning with Orion, who's always awesome. I won't give away any spoilers on what those might be, but rest assured they'll be very detailed...and may or may not involve prosthetics. All I can say is a LOT of effort will be going into the shoots, and I'm sure everything will be great. :D
- I'll be visiting my dear friend, Lindsay, in MA for a few days in June. Lindsay is a VERY talented photographer, who specializes in zoo photography. Not only am I excited about meeting up with her for the first time and hanging out, but also the fact that she's a photographer, and I'm a model. We have already planned several mutually beneficial photoshoots, and I'm so excited to work with her. :D We'll be getting some help from a few friends up in MA, so it's going to be super fun.
I'll be staying with her from June 4th-June 11thEDIT: Scheduling has changed slightly. I will be staying with her from Friday, June 5th, to Tuesday, June 9th. You might have noticed that my birthday is the last day of that range, (June 9th), which means I'll also be spending my birthday with her! :D Speaking of which... - My 18th birthday! I'm SO excited for this milestone. It opens up so many opportunities and is very symbolic to me. I'll write more about what it means to me in another post, as it's very long.
- More mermaid work! When the summer comes, I'm absolutely looking forward to doing mermaid parties for children, and some charity work as well. I'm working on getting the word out locally and advertising these services, but I'm sure it will pick up a lot when the season for pools is about. I'm also looking forward to mermaiding at beaches, too. :)
- I'll be getting a PayPal for tips/contributions.
- I will take up a menial job to get some extra funds to put away. This will be a big change for me, and a big step towards more independent life. I know I can go much farther than some 9-5 ordeal, but I'm not going to turn my nose up at an opportunity to help me reach my full potential! Everybody has to start somewhere. Take every opportunity to help you reach the sky.
- I'll be getting a P.O. box for fans and friends to write to me. :)
- I can't forget each and every FESTIVAL! I'm so excited. The Mason Dixon fair and the Farm Fair are my favourites! There will be plenty of fairs and festivals besides these, and I'm eager to attend many. Hopefully I'll meet some new contacts and advertise a bit, which will get the ball rolling for future endeavors.
- I also look forward to getting my permit/driver's license, and my own bank account. Having my own bank account will help with this, too, as I can not only have my own debit card (for online purchases outside of Amazon), but also transfer PayPal credit to my bank account.
- Graduating from highschool! I'm graduating at the end of May. I don't know if I'm going to be doing any celebration for it yet, but most likely will do a little something. I'll be attending Lindsay's graduation ceremony on June 5th, which will be nice. :)
- And of course, just spending time with my family and friends. One of the best parts about summer is just hanging out with Mum in the lawn chairs, enjoying the garden. Lydia will be out of school for the summer, so I hope to spend some time extra with her, too. I love my dear family so much, and I thank God for them as often as I can. <3 Every moment can be enjoyed.
As you see, this year will be very busy, and very exciting! I'm looking forward to everything, and every good opportunity God has in store for me that I don't yet know about. Here's to 2015!

Queen Werandra
