Got my first day job!

*blows the dust off of her blog*

 Well, it certainly has been awhile since my last post. Many things have been going on; projects have been completed, others have been put on hold until further notice, and many new ones have been queued up, as they all swirl around in one complicated whirlpool. Days melded together, time slipped out of my grasp, and suddenly I look and it's the end of August. Besides being busy out of my mind, things have been well, very well, in fact. I'll write a new blog post explaining what's been going on, what I'm trying to catch up on, and what I plan to do in the near future, however, for the moment, I have a huge update that simply cannot wait.

To-morrow I start my first day job!

  I got a job at a local dry cleaner shop, and to-morrow at 1pm I am going in for my first day to be trained. I'm very excited! :D I will have to re-arrange my schedule, but only ever so slightly. It's a very good match for now, and will aid me in saving up a small stockpile of money. I plan on saving up the majority of my earnings and putting them away for big steps in my personal life, but if I need it, at least now I will be able to fund my artistic endeavors a little more. Still, the majority of my art funds will be contribution from my fans or earnings from selling prints of my work or commercial use of my stock. For the record, all contribution or tips given to me to support my artistic endeavors will only be used for art, as always, so I trust that will remain the major origin of my art funds.
